Domenica 6 Ottobre il Sicilia Smart Club ha partecipato al raduno per Auto storiche e Spider organizzato in località VALLELUNGA PRATAMENO dagli amici dello “Spider Tour Sicilia” con un equipaggio composto dal nostro Presidente Ivano TARDIBONO e dal nostro Vice Presidente Pierluigi TAGLIARENI a bordo di una Smart Roadster Coupè.
Alle ore 7.50, come da programma gli equipaggi partecipanti si sono ritrovati all’area di servizio ENI nei pressi di Misilmeri e da li hanno proseguito alla volta di VALLELUNGA PRATAMENO.
Giunti sul posto dopo aver espletato le operazioni di registrazione e la colazione, le auto sono state esposte nella piazza centrale del paese dove gli equipaggi sono stati accolti dal Sindaco Dott. Giuseppe MONTESANO e dall’Assessore Silvio ZUZZE’.
Dopo la benedizione alle auto ed agli equipaggi dispensata sul posto dal Parroco di Vallelunga Padre Marco abbiamo raggiunto il Museo etnologico ed abbiamo effettuato una interessantissima visita guidata del posto.
Dopo essere ritornati in piazza ed aver visitato gli stand dei produttori locali che hanno esposto le loro eccellenze del territorio, risaliti a bordo delle auto tappa di trasferimento per raggiungere il Ristorante “Saint Vincent” per il pranzo conviviale.
A fine pranzo gli organizzatori hanno consegnato agli equipaggi un attestato di partecipazione all’evento che insieme all’opuscolo ricevuto al museo etnografico si trovano già esposti nella nostra sede operativa ed un graditissimo omaggio contenente prodotti tipici del luogo dell’azienda “PRATOAMENO”.

On Sunday 6 October the Sicilia Smart Club participated in the rally for historic cars and Spiders organized in VALLELUNGA PRATAMENO by the friends of the “Spider Tour Sicily” with a crew made up of our President Ivano TARDIBONO and our Vice President Pierluigi TAGLIARENI on board a Smart Roadster Coupe.
At 7.50 am, as scheduled, the participating crews met at the ENI service area near Misilmeri and from there continued towards VALLELUNGA PRATAMENO.
Having arrived on site after completing the registration operations and breakfast, the cars were displayed in the central square of the town where the crews were welcomed by the Mayor Dr. Giuseppe MONTESANO.
After the blessing of the cars and crews given on site by Father Marco we reached the Ethnological Museum and carried out a very interesting guided tour of the place.
After returning to the square and visiting the stands of local producers who exhibited their local excellences, we got back on board the transfer cars to reach the “Saint Vincent” restaurant for the convivial lunch.
At the end of lunch the organizers gave the crews a certificate of participation in the event which together with the brochure received at the ethnographic museum are already displayed in our operational headquarters and a very welcome gift containing typical local products from the “PRATOAMENO” company.
